'They Taught Us How To Decapitate a Person'

Restoration artists in Rome restored two sculptures from a museum in the Syrian town of Palmyra after they were damaged by militants from the so-called Islamic State (IS; formerly ISIS/ISIL), at the Italian Institute for Conservation and Restoration, Thursday.
Francesco Rutelli, former Mayor of Rome (English): "I think the importance initially is that we do not accept that the last word is given to terrorists. If they want to destroy there will always be somebody able to rebuild. There can be rebirth for cultural heritage."
